Detail

This generation of product was successfully developed in 2012, with the addition of KWP2000 compliant K-line diagnostic function. The anti lock brake system is abbreviated as ABS. The function is to automatically control the braking force of the brake when the car brakes, so that the wheels are not locked and are in a rolling and sliding state (with a slip rate of about 20%), to ensure that the adhesion between the wheels and the ground is at its maximum value.
The corresponding relationship and repair code between the identification SID and failure mode identification FMI of the K-line diagnostic subsystem and the flashing code of the ABS warning light are shown in the table below:

The repair code and key repair points are shown in the table:

Repair code Repair points

S1

GAP

S2

Check if the sensor connector is in good contact

S3

Check if the sensor fasteners are secure

S4

Check if the sensor resistance is too high, if the connectors are loose, and if the cables are open circuit

S5

Check if the sensor resistance is too low and if the cable is short circuited

S6

Check if the end face runout of the gear ring is too large. Installation standard requirement ≤ 0.15mm

S7

Check if the models of the four tires are consistent

S8

Check the connection between the pressure regulator and the sensor using methods 7.2 and 7.3, and correct any misalignment.

S9

Check for iron chips on the sensor and gear ring end face

S10

Check if there is any damage to the end face of the ring

M1

Check whether the resistance of the solenoid valve coil is too high, whether the connector is loose, and whether the cable is open circuit

M2

Check if the resistance of the solenoid valve coil is too low and if the cable is short circuited

M3
